"Unprofessional, overpriced, overrated, and completely unhelpful. My experience with this auto insurance company over several years was extremely disappointing. After switching to a different insurer six months ago, I was honestly shocked by how much better the service could be. While I was their customer, someone hit my parked car, and the support I received during the claim process was the worst part of the experience. They made it seem like they were helping, but in reality, the guidance I received worked against me—and I almost lost my car because of their advice. They have many stars on Google Maps, but based on my personal experience, I truly feel those ratings don’t reflect the level of service I received. My experience was the opposite of what those reviews suggest. Don’t settle for less just because a company seems friendly at first. Professional service should be honest, transparent, and focused on treating every customer fairly and equally."
